Aliya Ashley (she/her)

Hello my name is Aliya Ashley, I am a senior at UCLA majoring in African American studies with a minor in Public Affairs. As someone who has had to personally contend against the injustices of the criminal justice system, the work of transformative justice, healing and re-entry support is deeply invaluable to my life mission and goals in supporting underserved communities that have been impacted by the carceral system. I will continue to advocate, assist and fight for those who are system impacted, helping to connect pathways for success for my community at large.
